I'm not even watching this game until its probably more than half over because I'm waiting for my sister to get out of my Mom's concert (don't worry, I already saw it last week I'm not THAT bad of a daughter).
So I'll be thinking happy love-filled thoughts about Nathan Gerbe in the meantime. I hope you'll all be able to see it on the ice.

So yeah. I was flown into Tampa on Thursday to go to the Boston College football game on Saturday (I was in the band, so the trip was regimented). Arriving at the hotel (5 blocks away from the Forum), we just miss the Bruins vs. Lightning game. At the football game, we see lots of people with Sabres and Lightning clothing. One of my friends informs me that Gerbe is making his NHL debut! In Tampa! Unfortunately, after our football team lost we were flown right back to Boston. How'd Gerbe do? Was he good/did he even play?

ReplyDeleteHe did really well! He was his usual all over the place self, had 4 shots on net (tied for most on the team), 1 penalty, had 1 takeaway, was a +2 and won his one and only face off he took. yay!!!!!!!!
