Sooooooo, yeah. Tim Kennedy might be a sweet hockey player, and a sweet local boy, but there is one aspect of his skillz he needs to improve upon. The art of the interview. Let's take a dip into Lake Awkward:

You may have noticed I haven't discussed the, um, event that's taking place tonight cuz I just can't talk about it. I have a sneaking suspicion that things are over tonight :( They pushed it farther than we thought they'd make it after the first 2 games. Whatev. That last game was epic. I'm glad I watched it til the end.

ReplyDeleteDid you ever stop to think that this kid might be very shy, or even have issues with public speaking? Just because you are a professional athlete does not mean you are automatically able to be comfortable speaking to total strangers.
