James O'Brien who's started a new blog, Cycle like the Sedins, asked us a few weeks ago to write a post in a series he's doing called "Hockey Orphan". Basically the premise is: if you knew nothing about any of the 30 NHL teams and you had to pick one to cheer for, why would you tell people to cheer for your team?
So after an email glitch where my pictures ate the majority of my post, it's all been straightened out and posted over on his site.

Check it out. I'd post it here, but while you're over on his site you can check out his other stuff. He's doing a series of posts about creating an All-Decade All-Star team. Its interesting to think about the players that aren't just good this season, but have been good for the last 10 years or more. So, check it out!

Good stuff, Anne. Glad I didn't post the original e-mail ;-).
ReplyDeleteOh, and cherish every lame day of college while it lasts. Going to aimless college classes dwarfs working stiffness any day. (I'm jealous)
Awesome post, Anne! Great assessment of the Sabres in the past few years.
