Game Day All Over Again

by Anne

Tonight begins a whole bunch of weekends in which the Sabres play back to back Friday - Saturday games. Last season of the  6 or 7 back to back weekend night games we only managed to win both of them once. We got anywhere from 0-4 points from those weekends. That's not so great. It's not that I expect them to win every back-to-back series but when they're both at home, I'd like at least three points, please.

How will the trend begin this season?

Lalime will start tonight; hopefully he'll allow fewer than six goals tonight.  The Thrashers aren't quite as bad as they were last year but the season is only three weeks old.

Also, this guy:

I haven't really thought about him much.
Just please don't let him score.
:)

Puck drops at 7:00. I won't be there :(

Fortunately this will be the last game I'll miss this season. Woooo!
